Goal 1: Enhance Proficiency in Utilizing Interactive Whiteboard Technology by June 2024.
Review some of Kate Grunow’s Professional Learning Goals and the technologies she plans on implementing to make them happen. Which of them do you connect with? What technologies do you have available to you to help you reach your goals?
The goal I most connect with is her first goal, to "Expand my knowledge of standards-based grading practices by June 2022." The MALDT program is the first higher education program to meet all of the International Society for Technology in Education's Standards for Educators," but about: 2.1a Set professional learning goals to explore and apply pedagogical approaches made possible by technology and reflect on their effectiveness2.1bPursue professional interests by creating and actively participating in local and global learning networks. 2.1cStay current with research that supports improved student learning outcomes, including findings from the learning sciences. I connect most with 2.1c because I like that it challenges me to stay current with research that will support my students.
